Local Attractions
If you'd like to do some sightseeing while in Saratoga, here are some things to see and do. In addition to what's listed here, the Chamber of Commerce has pictures.

Parks
- The Saratoga State Park has mineral springs,
nature trails, biking and cross-country skiing.
- Congress Park, which is in downtown Saratoga, is
known for its beautiful flowers, statues and ponds.
- Yaddo is a famous writers' retreat, as well as home to many beautiful rose gardens.
Museums
- The Museum of Dance is a one of a kind museum
with lots of exhibits from the NYC Ballet.
- The Racing Museum provides a history of Horse Racing in Saratoga.
Mineral Baths and Springs
- Saratoga Springs gets its name from the
natural Springs that can be found all over Saratoga. They are said to be
healing.
- The Lincoln Mineral Baths has mineral baths, massage, herbal wraps, wax treatment and more. Reservations
required for all services.
Shopping
- Saratoga has many unique shops located on Broadway.
- Wilton Mall is located minutes from downtown Saratoga.
Golf
Dining
- The Old Bryan Inn (on the outskirts of
downtown) is a historic restaurant with a variety of dishes such as
sandwiches, seafood and pasta.
- The Wheat Fields is a nice Italian restaurant
located right downtown on Broadway.
- The Parting Glass is an Irish Pub which has
good burgers and sandwiches as well as good entertainment, located off
Broadway.
- PJ's Barbeque is a good place to get barbeque. It is located just outside Saratoga.
Nightlife
- Cafe Lena is located on Phila Street off of Broadway in downtown
Saratoga. This Jazz and Blues club (no alchohol) was the first place
Don McLean ever played "American Pie".
- The Wine Bar located
on Broadway in downtown Saratoga features 50 wines by the glass, full
bar, a selection of bottled beers, a separate cigar-friendly smoking
lounge, award-winning cheeses, hand-rolled pizzettas, fresh fish,
beef tenderloin, unique pasta dished and home-made desserts. Open
Tues.-Sat. at 4 PM.
